On the morning of February 24, it was in our eyes. Today, independence is in the trenches in all directions. It is in our cities and villages: in each episode when we find the best in ourselves, find Ukraine in ourselves, and fight for it. Independence today has tired eyes that have seen it all. Independence smiles when Ukrainians succeed. Independence is silence when we lose our people. Independence is the oath to never forget the fallen heroes. Independence tastes of smoke and dust on the battlefield and in civilian life. Independence descends into the shelter during an air raid alert to survive and to rise again to tell the enemy again: you will not succeed. You will fail. You will not prevail. And you will be held accountable for everything.
This is how we feel freedom. This is what Ukraine looks like. This is what independence looks like. And this is what it sounds like:

Our team finished the regular season and took 3rd place in the standings, booking a place in the playoffs. This is an opportunity to win the 2024 season and take the Champions Cup.
This Sunday we will play Lasalle FC in the quarter finals as they finished 6th. This is the same team we played last week
The game will be played Sunday at Buff State Coyer Field at 8 p.m. It will be a hot day, so we decided to play in the evening.

We sincerely invite you to the “Ukrainian Embroidery Festival” on Saturday May 18th! We kindly ask you to adhere to the national tradition and come dressed in beautiful embroidered shirts with your entire family. The goal of this festival is to unite the Ukrainian community, proudly showcase our embroidered shirts, educate the younger generation, and uphold timeless Ukrainian traditions! The funds raised will aid Ukrainian orphans who have lost their parents in the war.

Ukrainian singer Iryna Fedyshyn is embarking on a major charity tour in the United States of America to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces. What she does for our army is simply invaluable. Recently, Irina donated 22 cars to our soldiers. In total, the singer’s foundation has provided 182 vehicles to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. These are just colossal numbers. And all of this was purchased with her own funds earned from charity concerts. So the only thing that can be said here for Irina is a huge thank you.

Tickets for the concert of Iryna Fedyshyn (adults $60, children: older than 11 years $25, younger children free) can be purchased at Ukrainian Credit Union locations.

Українська співачка Ірина Федишин з великим благодійним туром у Сполучених Штатах Америки на підтримку армії ЗСУ. Те, що вона робить для нашого війська, просто неоцінено. During a solar eclipse, in a moment of darkness, Yuri went to God. But after the dark, dawn came and we all believe that his great pro-Ukrainian work will not die...

We will be decorating the Ukrainian float in the Dingus day parade from 2 to 5 PM on Monday, April 1 at the corner of Broadway and Young Street. Bring Ukrainian and Polish flags and water guns!

Look for the Ukrainian float in the Dyngus Day parade from 5-6pm on Fillmore Ave and Memorial Drive!

The Ukrainian American Civic Center and Dnipro will be open after the parade for food and drinks!
