Grace and Jon’s wedding day was so joyful from start to finish. After getting ready at The Westin, our couple went to City Hall for their first look on the steps of the art deco masterpiece. With the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all onsite at the Hotel Lafayette, Grace and Jon made excellent use of each of the different spaces that the venue had to offer and maximized time celebrating with their guests.

White and green florals dotted the reception space, accentuating the airy, bright venue. Each table setting also included a handwritten card from the couple to each guest, a true reflection of the kindness of this couple. A beautiful dessert table and homemade jams made every guests’ experience even sweeter, along with a Polaroid seating chart! This day was such a beautiful celebration of such a kindhearted, generous couple!

Olivia, our senior event coordinator, has been with us for almost nine years!

Janelle, our event coordinator and marketing manager, helps to run both our events and social media. She is also the graphic designer for our custom event signage!

Kristen, our newest event coordinator, majored in hospitality at the University of Alabama and has been such an incredible member of the team!

We certainly felt the love with this baby shower! When reached out to plan a surprise baby shower for her dear friends and on tour in Buffalo with the , we were delighted to help. 🦁💫

At the gummy bear themed shower, the cast and crew came out in full support, even introducing themselves as their character’s names! It was so much fun seeing how joyful and close this cast was. 🤍

We were so honored to be able to bring joy to this talented bunch while they were in Buffalo! 🤩

With the end of the year approaching, we wanted to thank our amazing clients, supporters, and staff over this last year.

It’s been one of our most rewarding seasons filled with so many beautiful moments that we will continue to cherish and carry with us. We’re so thankful to our clients for allowing us to help shape so many beautiful memories.

It’s hard to believe that next year will be our sixteenth total year in business. I’m so thankful for my amazingly talented team for supporting me in one of our busiest seasons to date. Please note our office will be closed from Dec 23 - Jan 3rd for some rest, relaxation and family time.

Alexandra and Ryan’s day was the epitome of elegance. Their beautiful wedding day took place fully at The Annex. The on-site bridal suites allowed the wedding party to get ready at a relaxed pace. From there, the ceremony took place on the patio, surrounded by the venue’s sprawling grounds. All photography was at the venue, as well culminating in a very calm day - which every couple appreciates.

The black and white theme was carried into the reception with sophisticated linens and romantic candlelight illuminating the rustic tables. Guests indulged in the dessert table, had photobooth fun and enjoyed a rockin’ reception. Congratulations to Aly and Ryan and their beautiful family! 🤍

Our calendar is now open for 2026 bookings! We have select dates available for 2025 and have now opened our books for 2026 for milestone events, weddings, company retreats, anniversary parties and birthdays, and more.

Please note, we only take on six to eight weddings per year in order to provide dedicated time to each of our clients. Our most limited availability is in September and October, if you are considering these months, please reach out soon to secure your date.

“Planning a 4 day family reunion for 45 guests initially felt like a daunting and overwhelming challenge, but then Kelly and her amazing team stepped in, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a fun and enjoyable journey!” - Kathy S.

One of the highlights of our season was creating an unforgettable reunion for the most wonderful family. From creating a website for the event to curating swag bags, this planning process was so much fun. Over the course of the three days, the family was able to enjoy live music from three bands, delicious food from Partyman Catering and Lloyds, as well as experience Fall Fest with round trip transportation. 🍂

We worked with a plethora of vendors and wanted to especially thank and recognize all of their hard work and dedication to this amazing event. 🤍

Above all, it was so special to see this family spend quality time together and make incredible memories at the hosts’ home. We are so happy that we were able to allow our clients to fully enjoy and be present with their company. This was an unforgettable weekend for everyone involved! 💫

Elizabeth and Edward’s day from beginning to end was iconic. From a first look at Ballyhoo to a first dance to “Stars Are Blind” by Paris Hilton, this was such a fun celebration to be part of!

With the beautiful Forbes Theatre as our backdrop for the ceremony and reception, elegant white and green florals and decor dotted the space, along with 1920s-inspired desserts and signage. After Liz and Ed’s first look, the Theatre District provided so many iconic photo spots just steps away from the venue.

With the ceremony upstairs, guests took their seats in the historic theatre to watch the couple’s vows at the front of the balcony. Afterward, guests descended into the cocktail hour and reception space before cold fireworks illuminated the dancefloor for Liz and Ed’s first dance. Thank you so much to our couple and vendor team for such a fun celebration! 🥂

So excited to be sharing the photos from one of the most beautiful, bright celebrations! Veena and Andrew reached out to us just five months before their big day and we were so happy to have worked with such a sweet and authentic couple. 🤍

From the blush florals and decor to the elegant Westin reception, this was the perfect summer wedding. Sharing in Veena’s family traditions was also such a special way to spend the day. This couple even had a formal “vote of thanks” speech for every vendor at the beginning of their reception. Plus, the end of the night perfectly lined up with the ballpark’s fireworks - it couldn’t have been more magical! Our team feels so grateful to have met Veena and Andrew and shared in their wonderful wedding. 💕

Happy anniversary to Jordan and Casey! This past fall, we helped plan a gorgeous Finger Lakes wedding hosted at the Sherwood Inn. To start their day, our couple took photos along the stunning Skaneateles Lake. Their ceremony was on the beautiful front lawn of the Hannum House, which was followed by an outdoor cocktail reception with a vintage piaggio ape bar cart serving fall favorites like cider, as well as prosecco on tap. 🥂

To match the historic aesthetics of the Sherwood Inn, our couple wanted a vintage theme to be carried throughout the day. Their cocktail hour music consisted of ‘50s and ‘60s oldies, ‘70s dancefloor traditions, coffee-colored roses, newspaper wedding programs, and personalized favors that were matches and ci**rs! We’re still dreaming of this celebration and so honored it was featured in magazine! 🤍

Happy wedding anniversary to Erin and Tony! This was one of our most elaborate celebrations to date, lasting over the course of three days with events for their 265 guests. This was also our largest bridal party at 34 people (with 7 kids and two pups!).

For ease and convenience of the guests and the couple, we planned each aspect of the day to be within blocks of one another. The ceremony was at Seneca one, with the reception steps away at the Admiral Room. In between, the couple took photos at City Hall and atop a parking structure for sweeping downtown views.

The gold and burgundy florals and table accents perfectly complemented the stunning, soaring architecture of the Admiral Room. Guests could enjoy a beautiful dessert spread table spread along with a photobooth and an after party at Panorama on Seven! At the end of the day, the couple donated their flowers to Oishei Children’s Hospital! Congratulations again to this beautiful couple! 🥂
