Ravelle was established by Lauren Gresham, known by many as Chef Elle, in September 2012. Chef Elle was classiclly trained in French culinary techniques at the International Culinary Center (founded as the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan, NY. Her vision was to create a small business that would ravel together all of her culinary interests & support her in her journey towards becoming a chef

This is 12!

Today, .co celebrates 12 years in business. The last year was a consistent flow of catering events, private chef events, kids cooking classes and 1:1 cooking classes. I got caught up in the moment and didn’t post a lot of content, but follow along as I continue to recap the , capture the and prepare for the !

Ravelle is not currently accepting any more long term subleases, but the opportunity is available for culinary pop up shops and our commercial kitchen is available to rent for culinary based content creation! Shoot a text or DM for additional details!

When I started Ravelle, I created it as a company that encompassed all things culinary.

Upon opening my kitchen at 37 Chandler St, that vision expanded to wanting to help other small, locally owned culinary businesses gain new audiences and additional traction.

Today, I’m proud to say that Ravelle consistently hosts 3 additional independent brands for
commissary purposes and occasional pop-ups.
