Buffalo's premier waterfront, boating, sports, music, dining & entertainment destination! This 60,000 sq. ft.

area; locker rooms for sports leagues; restrooms and a kitchen. space in the main building can also be converted to use for any event, including but not limited to: concerts, banquets, weddings, corporate events of all kinds, sports tournaments, festivals, trade shows, conventions, art demonstrations and non-for-profit fundraiser events. RiverWorks‘ two outdoor ice rinks are covered by a metal pavilion with open sides to provide shelter while maintaining an outdoor feel. These ice rinks play host for hockey leagues and events, curling leagues and events and figure skating practice and events in the winter. In the summer the concrete slabs of the rinks are used for a variety of sporting and event program space including: roller hockey; roller derby; tennis; volleyball as well as concerts and events. Finally, RiverWorks built the first ever fully functioning brewery to be retrofit into the existing grain silo. The former GLF Grain Silo houses the RiverWorks‘ brewery, that uses direct tank-to-tap lines for the three interior bars as well as a fourth bar located in the silo itself, situated directly next to the RiverWorks Beer Garden, which will be constructed amongst the foundational remnants of another former grain silo.

'Tis the season, Buffalo! Learn about Buffalo's horrific history right here at Buffalo RiverWorks. Joel Dombrowski of Buffalo History Tours has collected Buffalo's seven most notorious examples of murder, mystery and mayhem for you to enjoy this Halloween season. These seven amazing stories are brought to life on a lantern-lit tour inside the abandoned GLF silos at Buffalo RiverWorks. Each story is graphically depicted in a huge chalk mural inside the silo. The Evil Stories Costumed guides will bring to life the deadly and amazing stories spanning more than 350 years of local history during this 50-minute indoor walking tour. The stories are graphically depicted by giant chalk hand drawn murals created by a local artist exclusively for this event. Stories include: 🪓 A local Jack the Ripper Suspect 🪓 When Buffalo was burned to the ground 🪓 A Ouija Board love-triangle topless model murder 🪓Plus, many others! Tours Tours are offered at the massive, abandoned grain silo located at Buffalo RiverWorks on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays in late September and throughout October at various times. Tours are $25 per person and must be purchased in advance online as capacity is limited! All ages are welcome, but the stories are very graphic and mature in nature.
