Gearing up for another wedding weekend and if you’re a fellow planner or coordinator, you know what I mean when I say my mind is constantly going thinking about every little detail.

I was thinking earlier about questions I’m frequently asked.

1. “Do I have to bring an invitation with me where I’m getting ready?”

2. “The photographer would like some extra blooms for the detail shots….??”

3. “Wait, do I need both of our rings with me in the morning?”

4. “But we need to get them to the person holding them for the ceremony….how?”

So many questions, so many moving parts, so many details to think about and this is just for those detail shots 😂😅, but GOOD NEWS! This 👏🏻 is 👏🏼 our 👏🏽 specialty👏🏾! This is what we do.

Please let us take care of you and think through these little, but time consuming and sometimes overwhelming details for ya, so you can stress less and enjoy more. 👍🏼

Why a Day of Coordinator?

As an Event & Day of Coordinator, I am there to ensure that your day runs as smoothly as possible. Most brides want to plan their own wedding, but when the day comes, no one wants to have to worry about a thing and you shouldn't have to! That's where I come in, to alleviate any unnecessary stress and help you relax and enjoy your day. You deserve it!

Of course it’s also nice to have family and friends who are gifted at planning and coordinating, but when the day comes, it would be even nicer if everyone got to sit back and enjoy the day. Having a Day of Coordinator allows you and all of your guests to relax while they take care of the rest!

I offer services for assisting with pre-planning as well as coordination for the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. If this is something that interests you, please contact me! I would be happy to provide more information about my services and I would love to be apart of making your special day the best day ever!
