Another great night of catering at the Bourbon Bar in Alto Pass Illinois! Thank you Trainor Ag for having us cater your company Christmas party event!
Menu for the night was Brisket, chicken breast with a side of our house BBQ sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, and then some amazing bread pudding with a Bourbon glaze sauce for dessert made by Alaina Katherine Pinnon

Had a wonderful evening catering for Hope Churches Christmas Banquet! The tables were beautifully decorated, Deidra made up some yummy and gorgeous desserts, and the time with the church family was greatly enjoyed. Thank you Hope Church for having us cater your special event.
