So satisfying to see the future sidewalk!

One month from today we will open up our business for private tours. Our fingers are crossed that covid-19 will be at bay by then. If not, we will recommend that only couples come to visit. We will sanitize before and after each visit and will follow CDC guidelines on maintaining a 6 foot distance. We are making the most of this situation and are eager to get out of quarantine and get you into our venue! 💙🤍 Save our date 🤞🏼

Episode 4 of our IGTV series. Remodeling! We are starting to really see what the kitchen is going to look like. Have a good idea of how we will position things to make a dining room+living room. Have decided on flooring and master bedroom decor and have a toilet! All very exciting updates as we move closer to our target opening date of May 2020!

Imagine having millions of Canada Geese in the background of your rental!! This year is going to be phenomenal for geese sightings. They are headed north and when they see the snow in Sioux falls they come right back to our backyard!! This was taking literally feet from the farm and the birds were in the field south of us this morning. When they get stirred up they all take flight simultaneously, creating a jet engine sounding roar. Quite amazing.
