If you know, then you know. You know? If I were to follow that up with “Like, totally,” that would be the clincher. A self-proclaimed Valley Girl who grew up in during the and paints a pretty clear portrait. Although my life as a Valley Girl went beyond big hair, clothing, frosted lip gloss and weekend hangs at the Galleria. There’s a special place in my heart for the Valley and the years of amazing memories I’ve made here. I grew up feeding the ducks at Los Encinos Park. Shopping for specialty gifts at Adele’s on Louise. Eating on the weekends with family and cruising Ventura Blvd Friday nights with friends, stopping in at or occasionally grabbing a penguin’s yogurt before heading home. The Valley is home to me and although so much has changed over the years, there is one place I can go where I am flooded with and sweet memories of my childhood, and that is the valley relics museum . As an Event Planner, I often bounce between venues and there are many beautiful options to choose from, however, is a hidden gem that offers more than four walls to celebrate with family and friends, it’s a through time that all Valley kids need to experience.

When should you send out your invitations? This is a question we are often asked and although the standard response is anywhere from 8-12 weeks prior to your event we like airing on the prepared side. You should take into consideration how many of your guests will need to make travel plans , if your event will be taking place during a holiday weekend, or if you are creating a secondary list for the guests you would like to include in the event you receive regrets. So to play it safe , and make sure you have extra time to accommodate any changes, we would recommend sending out your invitations between three to four months in advance, but certainly no later than 12 weeks out.
