What a way to kick off 2025! We had an amazing time at , producing a dynamic booth for that really showcased the power of innovation in retail! 🚀

In line with our sustainability initiatives, we incorporated repurposed assets from previous Instacart installations – a testament to our dedication to both creative excellence and environmental responsibility. The space was thoughtfully adorned with greenery and featured an efficient ad-hoc meeting area, demonstrating our commitment to creating welcoming spaces within trade show environments.

The layout strategically showcased Instacart’s product ecosystem, including Caper, FoodStorm, Eversight, Carrot Ads, Carrot Tags, and Storefront Pro. This dynamic presence at NRF, which draws 5,000 brands from over 100 countries, reinforced Instacart’s position as a leader in retail technology innovation. 🥕

Throwing it back to Camp TikTok LIVE weekend where it was all about the details! ✨

Every element of Camp TikTok LIVE was thoughtfully curated to ensure a memorable experience for the 30 attending creators. As the creators mingled, they enjoyed custom cocktails from a specially crafted drink menu, and each place setting featured a personalized name tag for opening night, adding a touch of VIP treatment. To top it off, every creator received exclusive swag, including TikTok shirts, tote bags, and tumblers, making the event even more unforgettable.

Cheers to a weekend where no detail was too small and every moment was TikTok worthy. 🥂

This November, we had the honor of producing the Salute to Service Gala for the fourth year in a row, at the iconic in New York, where a record-breaking $7 million was raised to support disaster relief and aid globally. 👏

The evening featured unforgettable activations, including personalized flight tags to guide guests to their seats, and a powerful Service Member Wall showcasing uniforms of brave servicemen and women showcasing the story “Behind the Uniform”. One of the standout moments of the night was the ‘muck out’ activation, where attendees could roll up their sleeves and put their skills to the test in a hands-on experience. It was a night of celebration, camaraderie, and generosity—thank you to everyone who helped make it a success! ✨

At this year’s Grace Hopper Celebration, the world’s largest gathering of women and nonbinary technologists, we were thrilled to bring ’s activation to life!

The custom-designed space featured a vibrant archway, custom table wraps, and branded pillows that created a warm and inclusive space for attendees. Attendees enjoyed a friendship bracelet station, where they created colorful bracelets while networking and were drawn to our photo moment, creating lasting memories of the celebration.

At MoonLab we are committed to partnering with companies that align with our mission, and our participation with Uber at GHC highlighted our women empowerment and diversity + inclusion mission pillars.💪

Creating an experience as innovative as the conversations it hosted, we were thrilled to produce Bloomreach’s The Edge Summit at The Glasshouse in NYC. 🏙️

From the moment guests stepped through our immersive activation installation, every detail was designed to inspire and set the tone of what guests would experience that day. The stage buzzed with insightful panels, while the VIP lounge offered a space for executive meetings. Throughout the day, delicious appetizers were served on custom “food furniture”, keeping everyone energized. Guests sipped on Bloomreach’s signature cocktail “Edge of AI” as they overlooked the Manhattan skyline while large EDGE letters on the viewing deck provided a perfect photo opportunity for everyone! Our custom bodega made a notable comeback at the event, emphasizing our commitment to sustainability with a reusable design intended for continued use at events throughout the year.⚡️

From catering to the photo booth and florals, the majority of our vendors were female-led, making the event not only memorable but also a celebration of women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship!

This meeting room came alive with fall-themed florals, echoing the harvest season with pumpkins, pomegranates, and pears while guests were greeted with swag items including power banks, travel caddies, and Uber Eats gift cards. We designed and created this room as Uber Eat’s third year with us at , providing the perfect space for Uber Eats to meet with grocery retailers to learn how they can grow together. 🍁 🍂

True to our sustainability commitment, we repurposed elements from previous trade show booths to create this eco-friendly, yet warm and inviting environment.

Level Up With 🥕

We not only conceptualized but also produced and installed Instacart’s innovative booth at this year’s show in collaboration with our in-house fabrication partner, . For this activation, our team crafted a realistic home and store environment, elevating the experience through strategic gamification, dynamic lighting, and playful graphic elements. This immersive space was designed to demonstrate how Instacart can “Level Up” businesses and enhance customer experiences.⚡️

A highlight was the custom plinko game, which attracted crowds and generated excitement. Winners had the opportunity to choose from an assortment of premium Instacart swag, gift cards, and even Instacart+ memberships in the dedicated prize zone while enjoying fall flavored popsicles. In addition, we created meeting spaces that complimented the booth’s theme, allowing Instacart employees to engage with both current and potential customers.

For the past two months, Moonies have been hard at work at the historic RNC and DNC conventions. The most special part of these trips is reconnecting with our incredible team members who are located all over the country. Sometimes our work takes us away from home for multiple weeks at a time, and while our days are spent onsite, we always value the time doing activities and having dinners together when we’re off the clock - strengthening the bonds that make our team so unique. 💫

Designed and produced in under a month, this sleek bodega features versatile shelving and adjustable brackets to display a variety of swag items. Its portable design ensures it can easily be moved from location to location, making it perfect for future pop-up events!
