Just a reminder to everyone. I no longer own or run the bbq in burksville Ky close to Dale Hollow lake. I do miss seeing everyone though. I will still do some catering when I can. I hope everyone will stop by and try the new owners bbq n visit with him just as y’all did us.

Hello everyone just a reminder I have sold George’s bbq I’m not sure if the name will remain the same or not. But when I find out i will post the new name and phone number so all my customers can give the new owner a try.

As you all know I was not going to open this season but I’m here to let everyone know I have sold the bbq in burksville. The new owner is planning to keep it a bbq and be open more days a week than I could be. He wants to be open by Memorial Day. Please come on out and support local businesses.
I have accepted some catering jobs already and will keep fulfill them and look forward to seeing everyone from time to time as I come by to eat n visit.

I Have thought and debated many weeks and months on this but we WILL NOT OPEN this year 2023 for public sales. I have some health issues I’m dealing with and just can’t. But we will still be doing catering jobs and be working on the building. We will be putting a new roof on and doing some interior work as well. I will also have the dining room available to rent out for any small events if needed. Like Birthday parties, small family gatherings, and we will also be able to cater for those events if needed also. So let us do the cooking and cleaning and you all just enjoy the time! We will miss seeing our regular costumers and meeting all the new ones too.
