We are only 5️⃣ days away from our Christmas Market! This event will be held this Saturday, November 4th from 11am-3pm! This will be a day full of activities for the entire family. 🎄

-Your kids will have an opportunity to get a picture with Santa! 🎅🏼
-There will be cookies for decorating! 🍪
-You can make your own candle and gift it to someone for Christmas this year! 🕯️

Look at this place lit up at night! 😍🤩 And string lights will also be hung on the front and back patios!

Open House is in just TWO days and we can’t wait to meet all of you! It runs from 11am-4pm so don’t forget to stop by, check it out, and grab a bite to eat while you’re at it! We are almost ONE week away from Open House! Here’s a quick update for ya:

- more lighting and chandeliers have been installed (pictures just don’t do it justice) 😍
- seed, sod and additional landscaping has been put in

We cannot wait for all of you to come see this in person! It’s going to be amazing!!

Light fixtures started getting hung this week! This has made such a huge transformation, BUT just wait till the big chandelier gets hung! 🤩

Making this old barn come back to life has been a journey and we cannot wait to share it with you at the upcoming Open House in just 2 weeks!

Hey everyone! 👋🏼

I know it’s been awhile since we’ve posted an update, but we’ve been busy over here at Catalpa! Just one quick update… the restrooms are really coming along! Both doors are now installed, the exterior is painted white to match the barn, rough plumbing is in, and soon enough the restrooms will be completed! Swipe right to see the progress. 😬

Here at Catalpa, we had one busy weekend getting landscaping in, flower boxes hung, and the restrooms painted! Oh, and all the concrete is now poured! Check out the last photo to see the sidewalk that leads over to a future fire pit! Stay tuned!! 😍

PICTURE THIS: pub tables, string lights, and a beautiful sunset… WOW! This is exactly what we have envisioned for this back patio area! Your guests can open the sliding barn doors at the top and look down to see the beauty as well. This place is breathtaking! 😍

Why “Catalpa”? Well, I’m glad you asked! 😃

When you pull onto Catalpa Lane, you will immediately be greeted by an array of beautiful catalpa trees hovering over you as you drive up. These old trees are a landmark to our land and it is in honor of them that we share their name - Catalpa.

ANOTHER DETAILS SPOTLIGHT!

Look at this gorgeous staircase that is located in the back of the barn and will lead you upstairs to the loft! The house located on the property was built in 1870 and we were able to preserve this staircase from that house and use it in Catalpa’s barn. How gorgeous is this?! 😍

DETAILS SPOTLIGHT!

Catalpa is an all white barn with windows trimmed in black and natural color doors. There is also an accent piece in the gables of the barn located in the front and the back that are the same natural color as the barn doors. 🖤

We are obsessed with this color combination! Aren’t you?!

This old barn is getting some paint! 😍

Well, technically just primer for now. But the first coat of paint is coming very soon! The white paint with black windows and natural barn doors is really going to POP as you drive up!
