Tomorrow is opening day for Deer by archery, however, rain is forecasted all day til Sunday late afternoon.
My hunters will have ta wait til next weekend
We had 2 events on the Three this year.
1st Guiding Eyes Outdoors mentoring the blind and handicapped for a day fish camp.
2nd Opportunity Outdoors mentoring in Dove hunting and fi****ms safety.
Next year to sponsor more events.
We are slowly developing the Three into a park like environment and wildlife conservatory.

Happy 2020 y’all! Yeeehaaa!
The ranch is coming ooo so sloowwly along, this was once was a 58 acre farm bout 80 yr ago. planning on cutting some regrowth trees and returning the fields to what they were. The regrowth around the pond will be cleared and will build a botanical garden and pond. There will be a stage in Michelle’s meadow for events. That’s the plan.
Got some beavers to be resettled elsewhere he he dam dam builders he he. Maybe this summer we’ll have our 1st event on Michelle’s meadow something musica with a BBQ.
Working on acquiring endangered livestock, after all this is conservatory for Spanish horse and cattle thru NC livestock conservancy. Plan includes a stallion n 2 mares, and a bull n 4 lovely ladies to keep him company.
It takes time to build y’all, it takes capital, grants n donations

Howdy all!
Been busy gettin stated on t Three. Have 2 tractors, one large Kioti and a small Deere. Gettin accustomed to my EV.
No runnin water yet, hauling water in. Doin t pioneer spirit of homesteadin. Got my own JDeere outhouse. He he
It’s really nice in t mornin n late afternoon out here, nice sunrise and sunsets 8 miles away from the city out on the land. Though NC 49 is a mini interstate with all the semi’s hauling freight n lumber.
We’re goin t do some clear cuttin for pasture, leave some tree lines for wind break n environmental.
The future plan is for the conservatory for Spanish horse n cattle, a service house, Micro Distillery (no ABC for me), event field n barn, and the Great Plains Heritage House B n B.
Sorry for the late update but time really flies out here.

To the friends of t Three,
I’ll be giving an update shortly. I’ve been busy with selling a townhouse n sorting thru 24 years of stuff. Now that t House was sold n personal stuff in storage, all my attention will be focused on t Three. My redneck Cadillac will be delivered Friday( Kioti tractor) n shortly after t land has been prep’d, my alpha wolf travel trailer will be on site. Then Yeehaa on t Three! I have a lot t develop n build, then come t Spanish horses n cattle.

I’ll be updating what’s happening soon. Everything is on hold for now. I’ve been busy turning a townhouse for sale. After the sale, I’ll be focusing on The Three. Lock, stock n barrel!

Been working on Doan’s Store for appeal, dodads, kitchen n other. Tentative list t be posted.
Also been developing a concept for Kali’s Cowboy Kitchen a mobile food trailer , sporting a menu with meat n meatless items.

To the followers of the Three,
Thank for your interest!
The Three took some time off to do research, planning and development from t original concept. It is tailored t fit 52 acres as the original concept was for 120 acres.
The full name of the Three is the Red River Three, Great Plains Heritage House, Spanish horse and Cattle Co. (Inspired from Lovesome Dove, however, there are no pigs). It is a conservatory for rare n endangered heritage livestock n a local wild life sanctuary.
Currently we have frontier land, 17 acres cleared n 35 acres forest. Only one building on t land, a log to***co barn. All other buildings will have to be built, the Event Center Barn, the Great Plains Heritage House (BnB), the 2 Texas Houses for t BnB (2 Suite’s per house), and a horse barn. Pastures have t be laid out n fenced. A perimeter trail n other trails need t be built around the ranch. Pastures need t be prepared for t endangered livestock (Spanish horse, Bison or Texas longhorn or Spanish cattle). The pond needs development for water oxygenation and fish n duck usage. The event field will have a music gazebo across from t pond n Doan’s Store (a retail store for Three’s stuff).
There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony by Alamence Co Camber of Commerce when t event field is completed n operational.
This is Sviss Muller Builders 1st project. SMB is a land developer n eco-friendly green builder.
The Three is based on a 19th century western frontier homestead of t Great Plains using all natural materials available n 21st technology. Building construction consists of log, post n beam or Victorian architecture. Interiors t be inspired by turn of t 19th century architect Frank Lloyd Wright.
