"Little did we know that our paths crossed whole both attending UW- Platteville. We shared the same degree, walked the same halls, and had the same teachers. It wasn’t until after college that our paths crossed again through a mutual friend. Now we share the same house, two adorable pups, and a last name! We got married on May 24th, 2024 at the Gathering Barn in Fort Atkinson. While it down poured the entire day, we got a break right as we were preparing for the ceremony. The sun was shining and it was absolutely beautiful. Highlight was definitely marrying my husband, but I also loved waking down the aisle and seeing all our loved ones. I felt an emotion of so much love - it was an incredible feeling overall."

"My now husband and I met 9 years ago in May 2015 through mutual friends. We started talking and eventually dating a few months after meeting and we’ve been together ever since! We (finally) got engaged in October 2022 while on a hike in the Porcupine Mountains in the UP of Michigan during the fall colors. We had been before a few years prior and absolutely loved it, and he knew that was the place to ask me to marry him. I walked into Bon Bon Belle with an open mind, I just had a few dress styles I knew I didn’t like and that I did want a long train and veil. The women there were so nice and helpful throughout the whole experience! I absolutely fell in love with my dress. The best part of the day was the moment after we are pronounced husband and wife, we kiss and then turn to see all of our friends and families smiling and cheering. It was so special to have everyone there."
