The University of Vermont University Event Services is located in beautiful Burlington, Vermont, between the gorgeous Lake Champlain and Green Mountains.

We are your ONE-STOP-SHOP for local, regional and national event management needs. University Event Services will assist you while planning your event in order to deliver a professional and organized function that all your participants will enjoy. At University Event Services, we feel as though we should all meet, eat, and sleep in a green environment. Our student union/conference center, the Dudl

ey H. Davis Center, is the first student center in the United States to earn a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Certification for new construction. The Davis Center also contains state–of–the–art meeting rooms and technologies, as well as a knowledgeable and helpful staff to help with any type of conference or event. The University Event Services' staff will work closely with you to ensure your next conference, business meeting, wedding, or special event is tailored to your needs! We do it all, specializing in:
- Consulting services for program design-including budgeting, facility evaluation, and social events
- Accessing, coordinating, and maximizing the resources of the University of Vermont-including housing, dining, parking, transportation, and technological support
- Marketing and promotion for your event
- Superior customer service and registration service
- Conscientious management of budgets of all sizes
- Post-program evaluations
- The diverse populations we serve include:
- Professionals, healthcare providers, public administrators, and other educators engaged in sharing relevant research
- Student organizations hosting an event or meeting
- Faculty members hosting a symposia or professional meetings
- Persons seeking a location to host private, corporate and family events such as reunions, holiday celebrations, weddings and/or other special occasion events.
