Pastrami turned soooo good🤤😋 Going to make a few tweaks and get this bad Larry on the menu. Stay tuned for our Pastrami style Tofu as well with a vegan smoked tomato aioli 🤯 Luckily we were able to burn off some of those smoked meat calories with a Powder Day yesterday! Yeeeehaw ❄️ 🏂

First test run yesterday for our family meal was a great success, even though it was low 40’s and raining ☔️…so much more room on the smoker!! Hello! We are so glad you are here. Let us introduce ourselves.

We are New Moon Cafe. We exist to offer fresh food, delicious coffee and a welcoming ambiance right in the heart of Burlington, Vermont.

We opened in 2007 with a mission to serve the community through creative eating and authentic espresso. This mission remains today as we offer locally-sourced food and specialty coffee to satisfy a wide range of palates.

We specialize in made-to-order breakfast and lunch which includes open-faced toasts, entree salads and original sandwiches. From dressings to rotating soups, our food is made from scratch each day using high quality ingredients which reflect Vermont’s changing seasons.
