**What You'll Do:**
- Assist with floral arrangement preparation
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide excellent customer service
- Support with holiday and special event preparations

**What We’re Looking For:**
- A love for flowers and a creative flair
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior floral experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends

It’s official! We’ve been open 1 year today and this is not an April fools joke! Thank you to everyone and anyone who has followed, supported and shared! Our success and our growth is because of you all!

We’d also like to officially introduce Brandy! Brandy has played a pivotal role in what you see at the shop today along with what you don’t see!
She joined us officially in January 2024 and brings a love of all things flowers and plants to the team.

Brandy started her floral and horticultural journey in highschool with the BCIT horticulture program. She has won 8 first place awards and many others in state level design competitions. As part of her horticulture program, she was the program treasurer and had a highly successful mock business in her years there.
When asked what her favorite part of the program was she says:
“We didn’t just learn one thing. We learned floriculture, horticulture, hydroponics, landscaping, agriculture, how to run a business, greenhouses and so much more. It was an all around learning experience that prepared me for a career in anyone of those areas.” Brandy has moved around the spectrum of these areas and has decided to make a home in floral design. When asked why she says:
“The love of the community aspect of horticulture is so unique in a way that everything is tailored to and custom for the customer or recipient. It’s truly a one of a kind industry and each plant or flower is chosen special for that person. I love to make people happy.”

Brandy has all the passion we look for here at La Fiorella Floral and we are excited about her joining our team. We have already seen the love she pours into every little flower and look forward to seeing all the beautiful creations she crafts! Bonus: Brandy has many hidden gems around our shop, stop in and see which ones you can find!
