Love cooking for this couple on the ends (Bob and Scottie McDonald)...it's always a last minute get together and always a great time! This menu was Baked Brie en Crute with Avocado Honey, Pepper Jelly and Fig Jam to start, followed by an Arugula salad with house pickled beets and onions, shaved Fuji apple, Machengo cheese crisps and maple vinaigrette then Osso Bucco with creamy Gorgonzola polenta

This fundraiser is for a good friend that suffered a life changing injury 3 weeks ago. Tanya was riding on a side by side when the driver lost control resulting in it turning over on her right arm. She had to have it amputated and is still in the hospital. Please consider donating to help her with living and medical expenses. They are offering pulled pork plates and all proceeds go to Tanya. Thanks so much!
