20lb snake river farms wagyu brisket. This thing was beautiful with amazing marbling. Going on at 7 for a very low and slow cook. Seasoned with my home made rub.

So after a disappointing end to the food truck venture, we are back to the basics. Blessing in disguise. We still offer the dogs, shakeups and some new drinks we are developing. Tomorrow is our last day at Shelton fireworks. Our crew worked hard and it shows. We have a great group of people involved with big dogs portage. Come see us and get some great prices on some fireworks and afterwards get some great food or a lemon shakeup from Big Dogs . We had a fantastic day Saturday with a ton of positive feedback.
