Beautiful Day Catering is owned by the dynamic mother-daughter duo, Mary Curtis & Kari Ellis. After attending Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts together, we dreamed up a catering company that would be all about individualized service, excellent and beautiful food, and one that serves our clients with integrity and joy. After 15 years of making delicious food for you and helping you throw beautiful events, we have made the difficult decision to hang up our aprons and close our business effective October 2, 2022.

It has been our absolute joy to create Beautiful Day Catering and work side by side day after day.

Thank you to everyone whom we have had the privilege of serving; we are beyond grateful for you!

Mary will *finally* be able to retire!

Kari is still undecided about what’s next, but looks forward to having weekends free for a while.

Until then, we are focused on finishing well. We have many beautiful events planned for our last two months!

We had the absolute joy of catering Alatheia & Zach’s wedding a couple of weekends ago…and making their delicious chocolate cake with chocolate ganache buttercream filling and white chocolate cream cheese frosting.

We are in wedding season (and truthfully any-kind-of-event season) like never before. Today we’re looking back to a beautiful, intimate wedding at home we had the honor of catering back when weddings at home were rather uncommon. 🥂
