SUMMER PROGRAM HIGHLIGHT!

Please join us for this timely program, "Leading with the Heart: Circular Leadership for Lifting All Voices", which will be held June 19-22.

This interactive program delves into the qualities, critical thinking, and behaviors of Circular Leadership that replace domination and greed.

In these times of change, adaptive leadership provides the tools we need to find our voices and calling. Using the circular leadership model, we build reciprocal relationships.

Participants will explore reconciliation with creation and each other, listening to what is and is not shared.

Immerse yourself in nature for a long weekend. Fees include overnight accommodations in our main house or one of our cottages, deliciously prepared meals from our talented chef, access to hiking trails and our labyrinth, and participation in this wonderful program.
