One year of renovations has come to an end. We purchased Thistledome house on Nov 9th 2024. Lots of ups and downs and crazy all around. It was a grand weekend of celebrating with our son, new DIL, friends and family; exactly one year to the date. It rained on our closing of the property and it rained on wedding day. But it most definitely didn’t damper the festivities. Lots of people to thank for all your physical help, emotional support, and cheering us on. 🥂You know who you are and we love and thank you. Looks so much bigger and inviting. This renovation included wider steps and more substantial railing. The lower ceiling rafters were raised to hug the roof and painted white. Added so much beauty!
