The flowers are blooming, but the reservations for tomorrow evenings Clip and Sip are not! 😅 I will need about 5-7 more people to prevent needing to cancel the event. Looks like mid 70’s, sunshine, and low humidity tomorrow so if you happen to snag a babysitter and want a seat(s), send a message!💜

Hello! This is Julie and for the newcomers here I’d like to introduce the location of the events you may see posted on our page 😊 This is a 1900 homestead farm located in Cadyville NY. While it doesn’t boast the dairy cattle that it used to, there are occasionally beef cattle here, and the barn has been repurposed into a quaint and cozy finished space for small seasonal gatherings that I host. Please consider coming to join us for one this Friday! The Clip and Sips are popular gatherings here where some attend alone and leave with friends, and some come as larger groups for a girls evening out. Bouquets are created using cut flowers grown here on the farm, and come hungry! Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided as well as snacks , vases, and wineglasses🍷(feel free to bring your own libations).It’s always a fun evening with raffles, and giveaways 🌸 See our page for event details 💐

📣 Spring is coming and so is our availability to host small gatherings!
🌸If rustic, quaint, country charm is acceptable, we have a fully furnished, cheerfully decorated, heated room in our barn that can seat up to 10 people. (We think it’s perfect for a little girls birthday party 😍)
🌸 For extra seating, counter space, and room for activities there is an extended area of the barn that is *unheated (see pics)
🌸 After mid/end of May a further extension of seating can be utilized with on sight rentable tables/chairs on the barn lawn (see pics)
✔️ This would be ideal for a child party or smaller bridal/baby shower
🎈Customized decorations, balloon arrangements, Clip and Sip style activities (kid or adult) and Tea Party (kid) activity available
💌 Send us a message for prices, inspiration, ideas or questions! AVAILABILITY WILL BE LIMITED. 2 hour blocks recommended.
