At Emerald, we offer “The Essential” — the perfect package to keep your big day free of hiccups 🫶🏻 Our services *actually* begin 60 days prior to your wedding. At that time, we begin collecting all of the information we need regarding YOU, your wedding party, family, vendors, and decor. We takeover vendor communication, meaning you don’t have to worry about keeping them in the loop. And then we take on our biggest role; creating your timeline! When it comes to wedding day, we are the ones managing the timeline, as well as all of the people involved; vendors, family, wedding party, guests, and all! Our team will work dilengtly the morning of your wedding to set up all of your decorations, bringing your vision to life, and at the end of the night, we’ll pack it all up so that you and your guests can keep the party going with no worries 😊

Is your veil wrinkled? We’ll steam it!
Can’t locate the boutonnieres? We’ll find them, AND pin them!
Are the groomsmen running late? We’ll track them down!
Did an uninvited guest show up? We’ll es**rt them out!
Is the music not really your vibe? We’ll let the DJ know to switch it up!
Need a late night snack? We’ll have it delivered to you! 😉

This event is completely free for the public to attend; no tickets necessary! We’re adding another Assistant Coordinator to the team! 🤍✨

As an Assistant Coordinator at Emerald Event Planning, you will be expected to assist the Lead Coordinator on wedding days by setting up decorations, completing tasks, running errands, communicating with clients, tearing down decorations, capturing bts content, etc. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about managing things, this is the position for you!

Disclaimer: This is NOT a full time, nor part time position. At this moment in time, we average 1 (Saturday) wedding per month. Our wedding days may start as early as 7 am, and run as late as 12 am, so we ask that you have a flexible schedule. Travel is required. You must be 18 or older to apply.

It’s time for a long overdue introduction! Everyone — meet my Assistant Coordinator, Taylor 🫶🏻

Taylor joined the team back in September and has been a valuable asset ever since. She immediately caught on to wedding day tasks and exceeded all expectations that I had set. I truly could not do this without her!
