The gorgeous vaulted ceilings stretch nearly thirty feet high with Douglas fir beams and contrasting black metal accents. When Travis Kelce first asked if he could propose to Taylor Swift at The Ember Lodge, we told him no. We were fully booked, our events team was knee-deep in floral charts and floor plans, and there was simply no way we could squeeze in a celebrity engagement.

But then he pointed at our rustic-modern lodge and said, “Please, guys. It’s Caledonia, WI! The perfect mix of charming wood beams and modern elegance. I need the most important moment of my life to happen in a place that feels like forever.”

So we caved. They got engaged, posed for some absolutely swoon-worthy photos, and officially declared love is alive at The Ember Lodge.
