experimenting today with a flower frog from my grandmas kitchen & a thrifting purple mug!🩷🧡 all florals & greenery from my yard- i think it turned out neat! metal spikes poke up to hold everything in place. arranging is not my strong suit but I enjoyed the practice and the process of it today! 🤓 as always— a work in progress!

🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻 grateful for a community effort on this Easter Sunday! My kind & generous neighbor, John, gifted me a load of mulch this morning! My grandpa and I shoveled it out and around my rows! Then put back on our Sunday best & headed to lunch! ☺️ I’m planting in successions this summer so I can enjoy blooms all the months long! yipee!! Now— we pray for rain & no weeds!! 🤞

🐣🐣🐣 Spring is soooo close! The daffodils are totally a gamble but they were too sweet not to add! I have been picking daffodils for as long as I can remember- they're the first flower I learned the name of! My earliest memories include my Grandmama teaching me how to pinch them at the bottom of the stem on the grassy hill behind her house... my Memama planted tons in her yard too! These are from there actually! This is my first spring without her- how comforting it is the flowers her hands planted vears ago will come back for forever! So special to use them for an arrangement to celebrate an amazing lady! Congratulations Lori Lynn Holland 💝 you do an amazing job! Always happy to have a hand in celebrating you!
