When life is full of so many amazing moments…..Groundbreaking ceremony for our Farm Winery at Tuscan Rose Vineyards in Callahan. The first Farm Winery in Nassau County Florida! Thank you to everyone that participated. It was an amazing day for all of us!

As we are growing up, we hear the word perseverance from our parents, our teachers and those that mentor us at a young age, work hard, stay focused and eventually, if it’s good and you truly believe in it, you will make it happen.

Over the last two years, we have been working with the county to have a Farm Winery here at Tuscan Rose Vineyards in Callahan. There have been numerous meetings, phone calls, and emails.

Two years of learning, sharing and problem solving. There were moments of frustration, happiness and even those of pure exhaustion. While going through such a trying time to begin something new and something wonderful that you are offering to your community, you step back and ask yourself why?

Money doesn’t drive such desire to keep going after two years of struggle. The only thing that can keep a person focused for that long has to be so much more. So here it is…. LOVE. The love for my family, community and seeing the happiness on the faces of everyone that visits the winery is what has made me continue to stay focused and driven to accomplish such an amazing task.

As of November 16, 2023, the first farm winery in Nassau County was approved by our county. They have recognized that this is so much more than another business. It’s a place that will be built for my family and yours. A beautiful place to go and make memories with our families and for those of us raised in Nassau County, a hometown place to be proud of.
We begin construction next month, with hope to open in the fall of next year and be a part of Nassau County’s 200-year-old celebration.

We hope you look forward to tasting our Muscadine wine as you sit amongst the vines with your family and friends.

Tuscan Rose Vineyards travels to the State Capitol to help represent West Nassau County at Rural County Days. Callahan is our hometown and we are very proud to support our community. Because of our farm/venue, we are able to make a financial difference in over two hundred local families. We are very excited about that!

There has been so much going on at Tuscan Rose Vineyards. It has been a while since we posted because we have been so busy growing the farm and creating beautiful events. We have doubled our size and added new varieties of Muscadine grapes to the vineyard, along with a small peach orchard. Two new varieties of Muscadines are Carlos and Dixie Red. Our U-pick will be in mid August so don’t forget about us. We will post our available dates.

Payton and Brian were married on May 14,2022. It was an amazing day full of laughter and tears. TRV design team really did a great job creating their vision. We called it their secret garden. It was a place for them to relax and think about their future together. They were surrounded with love by their family and friends. It was a day that I know we will never forget. Fall is in the air at Tuscan Rose Vineyards. We designed and coordinated a beautiful fall photoshoot to give our brides inspiration on decor, and to showcase some of our special venders. The colors and tones mixed together beautifully. Yards and yards of amber satin were draped in the old Oak and on the Pergola. We made a hanging installment over the dining table and custom napkin rings with the perfect color of orchids. Hope you enjoy the photos. We are in love with all the beautiful colors!

The fairytale began on September 18th for Mackenzie and Denver. It was an absolutely perfect wedding day. Family and friends gathered to show just how much these two amazing people are loved. It was truly magical. It was only a few months ago when Mackenzie and Denver visited Tuscan Rose Vineyards and the planning and coordination began. They chose our all inclusive package and we were able to custom design every detail from color matching their flowers to catering and music selection. Mackenzie and Denver had an amazing wedding and it was beyond beautiful. I would have to say, it was perfect. Congratulations to Mackenzie and Denver. We wish you lots of love and happiness and may your fairytale continue for years and years!

Sometimes we want to do something a little different. We designed a photo shoot for Spring/summer, Fall and Winter. We wanted to showcase just how beautiful Tuscan Rose Vineyards is through all the seasons. We started with Spring/Summer in the Vineyards. Showing how to use the beautiful natural setting of the Vineyard as the backdrop for a ceremony and reception. We added soft colored roses with touches of peach and yellow flowers to the vines and surrounded the couple with florals in a half circle. Bouquets were added to aisle chairs to create more of a garden entrance. The reception was in the vineyard as well. We started with the umbrella arrangements on the tables which climbed up the post to another arrangement underneath. We had a vision and I’m happy to say that when the group of our Premier vendors added their special touches, it came to life. Can’t tell you how happy we are with the way it all turned out. This wedding was truly breathtaking! Kristen and Joe were married in June at Tuscan Rose Vineyards. Kristen shared her vision of her dream wedding with me and the TRV design and coordination team started our design. We had beautiful florals over flowing in the fountain at the ceremony along with two opulent gold containers full of an assortment of beautiful roses next to the columns. As you entered the reception, you were greeted with amazing florals on all of the tables with the sweetheart table being the centerpiece of the room. Columns were wrapped with garlands and custom floral sprays. I could go on and on about this wedding. It was truly exquisite. Kristen was such a gorgeous bride as you can see in the pictures. Her bouquet was one of our favorite designs. All flowers with a little greenery. I hope you enjoy the pictures as much as we enjoyed this wedding. Lots of love to Kristen and Joe. We had the honor of hosting Cheyanne and Logan’s wedding on a beautiful day in May. The TRV design and coordination team did an amazing job. It was flawless! The photos showcase how the venue is truly a destination venue. They could have been taken over a hundred years ago in a lovely vineyard in Tuscany. They have taken our breath away and have truly captured our hearts. Lots of Love to you both!

I have been looking forward to Mary and Nick’s amazing wedding for over two years! They had to postpone it for over a year due to the pandemic shutdown. They are both medical professionals, so their focus has been on their work and making a difference during these crazy times. Mary and Nick purchased an All Inclusive custom package that included some of our Premier vendors. Tuscan Rose Vineyards designed the wedding style, florals,decor and coordination. We have an amazing staff and it’s even better that most of us are family. I really love this Garden Boho style that I chose for Mary and Nick, and my team hit it out of the park with all of their hard work. Lots of love and happiness to Mary and Nick. Our hearts are full!

When I first met Ethan and Caylin, I just knew that Tuscan Rose Vineyards was the perfect place to host their wedding. Ethan’s warm heart and love for his family and Caylin’s beauty and elegance, it was a perfect match. Their March wedding was absolutely beautiful. Caylin has a love for unique color combinations and details and we were over the moon to work with them. When we work with a couple it’s like taking all the pieces of a puzzle and putting them all together to create something magical. This day was definitely that. From the ceremony to the reception it was absolutely stunning and couldnt have ran any smoother. Thank you for trusting us with this amazing day. Lots of love to Mr. and Mrs. Hadden.
