Hi all, if you are Bride I've let down. I'm truly sorry and I want you to please reach out to me personally if I haven't texted or emailed you already. While I will totally own the mistakes I've made and am honestly humbled (grounded, no the good humbled) by the amount of people who have issues with me. I am going to work with all my couples who have had issues and will commit to taking no new weddings until I have fixed all of them, or have resolved the issue to the satisfaction of the couple.
However, the posts on here have gone entirely beyond a bad wedding film experience. My personal address is being doxxed (which is illegal) and I am being called "abusive" in my personal relationships, which is honestly more upsetting to me than anything. Anyone who knows me personally knows I would never abuse literally anyone. I haven't even as much as been in a single fight in my life. And it breaks my heart to hear that.
If you have personal issues with me, that is 100% fine, but I moved away from our hometown for a reason. Not because I don't deserve the posts about weddings, because I do. But because I wanted to start a new life. In that time, I have not been good about staying on top of my work. What is the bane of this industry is that your mess ups can become public at anytime. And the public will add on whenever they can.
I hope anyone who I have genuinely upset with a wedding will have the heart to accept this apology and work with me on their problems. I over reached myself in the last year, and this has been a major wake up call to step back, which is what I am doing. I had 40 weddings last year, and won't be taking anymore. If you are booked with me and want to talk please don't hesitate to reach out, but I currently only have 8 on file, so just know that you will be getting the best we can offer in the hopes of proving ourselves once again.
I wish I could find the words to truly tell you all I am sorry. My ambitions were big and I let some people down. I don't have a mean bone in my body. I will learn from this and get better, but I people can see me for who I am, not the business.
