As we approach “Cabin Fever Season”, it’s important to remind everyone, of our important rules & policies, to ensure safety and make sure everyone has a good time!

• Children must be accompanied by someone at least 16 years of age.

•You may not ever leave your child(ren) unattended, while visiting our establishment. We are not a licensed daycare.

• You are responsible for your child(ren) while visiting our establishment. Please keep an eye on your child(ren) and ensure they are following our playground rules. This is especially important when older kids are playing with younger friends.

• We reserve the right to ask any person to leave, should our facility rules be broken.

•CHILDREN 5 AND OVER MAY NOT ACCESS THE TOT SPOT. There is no exception to this rule, so please be sure to remind your older children.

•You do not have to pay admission to the playground, if you want to ONLY play in the arcade. *This is important to remember for our older friends!

•Outside food is not allowed, inside our establishment (unless you have had prior approval for a party or food allergy).

• We are a sock-only facility. This means everyone wears socks! This rule is to keep our floors cleaner and safer for our little friends. *Our staff have slides/slippers, just for indoor use. So if you see them wearing shoes, we’re not being hypocrites. 🫣 They’re worn inside only.

• You MUST have a party in a party room, in order to celebrate a birthday with cake and presents. Makeshift parties are not permitted.

•Please do not come to our facility with any person in your party, under the weather. Symptom and fever-free for 24 hours or more, is best!
If you have a party and someone in your party is under the weather, call us! We will rebook, at no additional charge! We’d rather reschedule than spread germs!

• Respect our Crew! Most of our team members are teenagers. If an issue is to arise, ask for a manager. We will not tolerate any disrespect towards our team members.

• Our hours fluctuate week to week for Private Parties/Events. Please make sure to check our Open Play hours, before planning your trip. We will update these hours on Google, Facebook and Funfull. *Saturdays will NEVER be closed for private events.

Currently, we are booked 8+ weeks out for Sunday private parties.

Non-private parties, are approx 4-6 weeks out. If you’re considering a Cabin Fever party, we strongly urge you to book asap, for a preferred time slot.

Winter parties are always a hot commodity, so we recommend deciding your preferred date/time and booking soon.

We are partnering with Elks Lodge 1272 again this year for the Annual Trunk or Treat. We hope to see everyone there this Sunday 2pm-4pm. All children with a police costume will receive a special treat from the Cambridge Police !
