🤍 Seafood Jeongol (해물전골) ✨
1. Arrange all the seafood in a large hot pot.
2. Pour the broth over the seafood and add half of the sauce.
3. Bring it to a boil, then let it simmer for a few minutes so the seafood flavors infuse into the broth.
4. Add all the vegetables.
5. Once it comes back to a boil, taste and adjust by adding more sauce if needed. Add a little water if the broth reduces too much.
6. Enjoy!
7. Add kalguksu noodles to the remaining broth, boil for 3–4 minutes, and enjoy again.
🍲Budaejjigae(부대찌개)❤️
1. Pour all ingredients into a large casserole pot.
2. Pour the broth.
3. Add three spoons of the sauce and add a little more to suit your taste if needed.
4. Once it is done, add ramen noodles.
5. When the ramen is cooked, enjoy it.
🤍Stir-Fried Baby Octopus with Vegetables(쭈꾸미 야채볶음)
1. Drizzle oil into a pan and heat it slightly.
2. Add all the ingredients except the baby octopus and stir-fry for 3–5 minutes.
3. Add the baby octopus and stir-fry together.
4. Pour in about 2/3 of the sauce and continue stir-frying. (Adjust the amount to your taste.)
5. Stir-fry on high heat for 3–4 minutes.
6. Enjoy your meal! (If you mix the leftover sauce with rice, you truly know how to eat well! 🫶🏻🫶🏻
