우리 가게는 깨 하나도 그냥 쓰지 않습니다. 직접 깨끗이 씻고 잘 말려 볶아낸 뒤, 정성껏 식혀서 사용합니다. 고소함이 남다른 깨소금 역시 매일 손으로 직접 빻아 완성합니다. 어때요, 믿고 먹는 MSK 맞죠?

좋은 고기는 칼끝에서 먼저 압니다.

불필요한 기름기를 꼼꼼히 걷어내고, 결을 살려 촘촘하게 칼집을 넣습니다. 여기에 설탕을 줄이고 한국 배와 양파를 듬뿍 갈아 넣은 특제 양념으로 고기 속까지 촉촉하게 버무려 완성합니다.
