❕Nakgopsae (or Naksamsae(낙곱새or 낙삼새))
1. Put all ingredients into a large pot and place it on the gas stove.
2. Add all the broth and water according to taste, ranging from half a cup to one cup.
3. You can add all the sauce, but adjust the amount gradually according to taste.
4. Once the broth boils, wait at least five minutes before eating.
5. The longer it simmers, the tastier it becomes.
6. With the leftover broth, add rice, sesame oil, and seaweed flakes, and stir-fry.
🤍Tteokgalbi(떡갈비)❤️
1. Cook the tteokgalbi over low heat and grill the outside gently to maintain its shape.
2. Once the meat‘s color is somewhat well-done, add about a cup of water and continue cooking until the inside is fully cooked. (Add more water as needed)
3. When the water is mostly boiled down, flip the tteokgalbi and cook the other side. (Make sure the poured water is completely absorbed into the meat)
4. Sprinkle sweet honey soy sauce on the grilled tteokgalbi and enjoy.
🤍Korean Pancake (전)❤️
1. Generously oil a heated pan, pour the batter, and spread it out thin.
2. Pan-fry until both sides are golden and crispy.
3. Serve hot and enjoy the crunch!
🍲Budaejjigae(부대찌개)❤️
1. Pour all ingredients into a large casserole pot.
2. Pour the broth.
3. Add three spoons of the sauce and add a little more to suit your taste if needed.
4. Once it is done, add ramen noodles.
5. When the ramen is cooked, enjoy it.
❕Mul Makguksu(물막국수)❤️
1.Boil noodles in boiling water for 6 minutes
2.Then, take them out and rinse them in cold water.
3.Add broth and enjoy.
❕Pork Galbijjim(돼지갈비찜)❣️
1. Place the galbijjim into a pot of appropriate size.
2. Add about half to one cup of water and bring it to a boil.
3. Enjoy while hot!
