Scott Edwards, the 3rd owner of Haile Street Grill, grew up riding his bicycle to “the grill” for lunch never knowing he would one day own the restaurant. He and his wife, Michelle, spent their careers as managing partners with Outback Steakhouse in Gastonia, North Carolina. They returned home to Camden, SC for the annual Carolina Cup Steeplechase horse races in 2018 to find Haile Street Grill for

sale. Having always dreamed of owning their own restaurant one day, they inquired about and then purchased Haile Street Grill in July 2018. “We prayed about it and coming home seemed like the right thing to do.”
In 2024 they opened B.COLSON's Steak Seafood and Bourbon Restaurant, bringing an elevated level of cuisine to downtown Camden. Since taking ownership of “the grill”, Scott & Michelle had added Haile On Wheels food truck and HSG Catering to the culinary services offered to residents of Kershaw County and the surrounding areas. Haile Street Grill restaurant, HSG Catering and B.COLSON's are true businesses with everyone all working together each day to deliver delicious food for whatever your needs.

We're thrilled to announce that online ordering for our Christmas holiday meals is now open! Let us handle your festive feast, featuring mouthwatering options like turkey or ham platters, whole smoked turkey, a variety of classic sides, and delectable desserts.

Order Deadline: Place your orders by December 18 at 2:00 PM.
Pickup Date: Collect your meals on December 23 between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
