We had the sweetest time celebrating our 45th anniversary last week! 🎉

This special ribbon cutting ceremony put on by the Camdenton Area Chamber of Commerce, Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, and Lake of the Ozarks West Chamber of Commerce was the perfect celebration for this big milestone. We want to thank everyone who put on this event and attended to celebrate with us!

We are so excited to announce our collaboration with Brewed Awakenings, a local coffee shop here in Camdenton! You can now get your favorite coffee with a side of flowers delivered straight to your front door! This package comes with a medium sized hot latte and a colorful mix of flowers 💐

To order, navigate to the Janine's Flowers website and find the "Love You a Latte" product on the homepage. Choose your arrangement size and add it to your cart! In the checkout process, make sure you add a note in the recipient information section with your flavor and milk preferences! These can be delivered before 2:00 PM daily, with the exception of Sundays

Meet Dawn, one of our newest designers at Janine's! 🌸✨

Dawn's journey with Janine's began three years ago as a volunteer during busy seasons like prom, Mother's Day, and Valentine's Day! This summer, she officially joined our team as a designer. Outside of the shop, Dawn enjoys taking care of her horses, and hanging out with her kids, and grandbaby.

Doing big spreads of roses are her favorite! They were some of the first arrangements she learned and really loved working on. Her dream floral project is being able to create florals for her daughter’s wedding someday. Her favorite part of the job is the people she gets to work with, it makes everyday fun!

Meet Cassidy, designer and operations specialist at Janine's for the past year! 🌷✨

When she's not creating floral arrangements, Cassidy enjoys playing tennis and exploring the trails at Ha Ha Tonka! Her favorite flower is ranunculus, which she featured in her own wedding bouquet!

Cassidy's dream project is to design florals for a grand wedding in Kansas City, St. Louis, or Columbia! What she values most about her work is the privilege of being part of significant life moments, it feels like such an honor! Her favorite is creating "doghouse arrangements" helping apologetic partners make amends through flowers!

Meet Jodi, designer at Janine's Flowers for 2 years! 🌼✨

Jodi loves bringing customers' visions to life. She remembers helping a customer create the perfect arrangement after a thoughtful consultation. When he called back asking for her specifically, it made her day! Her dream is to master the amazing large-scale arrangements that co-worker Beth creates. Her favorite project to work on was the Stanley cup arrangements- they were so cute!

When she's not working, you'll find Jodi hiking and traveling with her husband Bill in their camper, exploring the great outdoors!

Meet Alyssa, designer for 5 years! 🌺✨

Her approach to floral design focuses on personalization, creating arrangements tailored to each customer's preferences and the seasons offerings. Alyssa particularly enjoys on-site wedding setups- she loves seeing the variety of venues and styles she encounters! Most styles are pretty similar, but seeing unique requests gets her really excited to explore!

Alyssa's favorite part about her job is the variety, though working with the flowers is the most fun! No day is the same, so she is always on her toes. When she's not working, Alyssa enjoys baking and hanging out with her dog! Her favorite flowers are gardenias and peonies because of their seasonality and color variety.

Meet Beth, designer of 15 years! 🌸✨

If you hear contagious laughter here, chances are it's coming from Beth and her bubbly personality! When she's not crafting arrangements, Beth enjoys camping, gardening (and making the best pickles), or hunting for vintage treasures!

Her dream project is to tackle an on-site installation- like the show The Big Flower Fight! Beth enjoys making arrangements that give her a good challenge. They push her to think different and become a better designer! One of her favorite parts of the job is having the opportunity to help people with their special occasions

Meet Janine, founder and designer at Janine's Flowers for 45 years! 🌸

Janine's floral journey began in September of 1979 in a small rental space. Her passion for flowers grew from early experiences at a greenhouse in Versailles. In 1983, she built our current location, which has grown with the business over the years.

Outside of work, Janine enjoys working in her own flower garden, going for walks, and spending time with her children who often accompanied her on summer deliveries when they were younger.

Her career is filled with memorable moments, from coordinating prom tuxedos and corsages to designing her son's wedding. Valentine's Day stands out above others as her favorite holiday to design for. Janine values the profound moments of creating celebration of life arrangements, finding fulfillment in providing comfort during difficult times.
