One of my favorite parts of my work is the relationship and connection I build with my clients. I spend hours in their kitchen every month, and more often than not, my clients are home, coming and going, or somewhere in between. To me, the heart of the home is in the kitchen, and I feel that every day. I get to snuggle sweet puppies, watch children grow, and above all, feed a family with home cooked meals. This sweet note is a perfect example of why I love what I do.

Dinner for clients. Dinner for me. I never seem to tire of the cooking part. The washing dishes part however….

Up on the menu today? Green beans with caramelized onions, a savory ginger chuck roast, Parmesan carrots, pork stew, Brussels gratin, and lemony shrimp for client. Heirloom corona beans over pasta for us. All in a days work.
