When I tell my brides that we are going to become close friends throughout the wedding planning process, I’m not kidding…

Let me take you back to early 2022, when a potential bride reached out about her May 2023 wedding that was being held at Dragonfly. With her, her fiancé and all of their guests not near Southern Illinois she was in need of a wedding planner/coordinator. Throughout the next year and a half, we planned the most beautiful and love filled day! This couple became my friends. Heck, they even love my babies (and I theirs). Fast forward to this bride’s cousin reaching out for a wedding planner and asking if I’d travel to Bloomington for her big day! Easiest answer ever! So this weekend we celebrated with another beautiful, love filled wedding. It’s safe to say that these 4 people will forever hold a special place in my heart and I will truly love them forever 🤍

This is one of my favorite parts of the job…

August 2019, I was honored to be Mikey and Emma’s wedding planner.

Fast forward to April 2024 and I was reunited with the Kelley family for Mollie and Kaleb’s wedding where Archie (Mikey and Emma’s son) was one of the handsome ring bearers. During photos, he was my buddy-well only because I had Paw Patrol on my phone but I’ll take it!

I love that I get to share this kinda love 🤍
