Hey good evening!!!
I have been fielding a lot of questions via text, emails, calls, social media, about the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Basilica festival. (7/25/24-7/28/24)

We will NOT be there this year. As much as we love our churchs’ festival, and have been there since the very first one, we were not asked to participate. The deadline for vendors/corporate sponsors came and went and we were left out.

We loved the festival and all our WONDERFUL customers that came year after year. You are all greatly appreciated.

But all is not lost, I’m planning a cavetelli and polenta dinner in the near future.
We don’t have a date locked in yet but I will definitely let everyone know.

Thank you. Wish we were there for you guys.

If you still go and are hungry,,,Go see Piasanos Pizza.. great people and great product.

Good evening Mark. I just wanted to thank you so much for the great job that you and your staff did today! Everyone I spoke to loved the food! and the wait staff was fantastic as was Nick the bartender. Mary and I were both very happy with the food and service that you provided. I will definitely recommend you to anyone looking for catering services. Have a good evening and God Bless.

We feel that we have found the right fit for our catering company.
We are working with the venue to finalize the details/contract.
We feel this facility is going to be a great fit for our future growth.

As I started my next chapter of my culinary life I had the pleasure of working at The Breakers in Palm Beach, FL.
I also had the pleasure of working with these 2 men, Chef Mattias Radits and the late great Jimmy Buffet …..
I got to work side by side with Jimmy and his wife for 3 hours.
He was the celebrity chef at our, The Breakers, food station at a fundraiser that we hosted.
He was a lot of fun. Had me cracking up all night. Even offered me a Heineken… which I had to politely decline or I would’ve been fired.
