Had a great time in New Castle Heritage Festival this weekend, Had Chef Bryan with me and my son Aiden serving the best Puerto Rican food in the area.. Just wanted to say how proud I am of my son. Every parent hopes they raise their children to be a good hearted human beings.. 2 young boys came to the truck to order some food and seen our Red Rican hats, they loved them. They asked how much they were and my son said $20 . The kids did not have enough to purchase the hat. So as I made their food order my son tells me dad they looked so bummed they couldn’t afford the hat.. So my son tells them HEY.!! I’ll pay for your hat, not only the one but bought one for his little brother.. These kids faces lit up and couldn’t believe it.. I was so proud of my son to know he has God in his heart, The Red Rican Family represents more than just food service. It’s never just about money. Spreading love and positivity through service to others will always come back 10 fold. God, Family, then business is what we represent.. Love you son.. You made me proud to see the young man you are becoming..🙏🏻
