Taking the road less traveled for your wedding? Amazáe Events Founder, Crystal Lequang, has some insights on some unique experiences that are stress-free:

1️⃣ The Venue – That charming art gallery you love? A tucked-away botanical garden? Some lesser-known spaces might be open to hosting weddings—you just have to ask! A unique venue can set the perfect tone for your big day.
2️⃣ Your Traditions – If you’re torn about incorporating all of your family or cultural traditions, focus on the most meaningful ones. Whether it’s a special ritual, a blessing, or a symbolic moment, find ways to weave them into your day in a way that feels authentic to you.
3️⃣ To video or not to video? – Not sure if you need a videographer? Ask yourself if you’d miss hearing music, speeches, vows, or seeing little moments in motion years down the road. If you’re still on the fence, consider hiring someone to capture raw footage—you can always decide to edit it later!
4️⃣ Pre-wedding portraits – If certain photos are must-haves, schedule a session with your photographer (and hair/makeup artist!) the week of your wedding. This gives you a chance to perfect your look and poses, making the actual wedding day much more relaxed.
5️⃣ Give yourself breathing room – Instead of scheduling your rehearsal the day before the wedding, see if your venue allows it two days prior. This gives you a full day to finalize details and actually enjoy some downtime before the big day!
