Our Story

I started in January 1988 working in a flower shop in California, I had no idea what I was doing, but after some hands on training, and lots and lots of reading, and observing other designers, I developed my own sense of style. My husband Tim helps me tremendously with all the building, maintenance, deliveries, and so on, he is my right hand man! Our two children also help in the shop as well. We gave up the hustle and bustle of city life in California and moved back to my home town of Canon City 7 years ago, after being in town for a bit, I said to Tim, “we should open a flower shop!” and so we did!! 6 1/2 years later, lots and lots of long hours, and sore bodies, we are flourishing in our little town, I absolutely love knowing so many of our customers like friends, they have welcomed us to this community and we are grateful for that.

We strive to give our customers the very best service and products we can, I am very picky about my arrangements, and all other product that leaves the store, it has to meet our strict standards or it doesn't leave!!

I’m a small business owner who believes in keeping business local as much as possible, I appreciate all the great reviews we have from our customers and we will continue to strive for excellence!!
