Today we did a taco salad for Dinners to Go ! We have them in a homemade taco shell made in house with toppings on the that include taco meat, homemade pico and corn/bean salsa! Topped off with a homemade Mexican ranch. Yum!

A client from the weekend sent me a thank you!

Everyone went cuckoo over the food. You outdid yourself. Not only was everything fabulously delicious, but it was presented beautifully and artistically. So happy I found you. Handed out all of your cards. Everyone wanted to know who the caterers were. Loved it and loved the party you provided for me. Martha Stewart has nothing on you.

Corporate event catered at The Loft last night.

As the top sales team walked down the red carpet they were greeted with a logo ice sculpture filled
with jumbo cocktail shrimp. In addition to PW’s signature mirror charcuterie, crudités and pesto bruschetta. The dinner showcased chicken marsala and a carving of beef tenderloin. The finishing touch
was a display of miniature homemade desserts!
