1: Invest in your photography!!
- Memories are irreplaceable! You don’t get a re-do of the day.
2: Do a first look with your spouse.
- Not only will this allow more time in the timeline after the ceremony; but walking down the aisle is nerve wrecking enough. Seeing your spouse before can be calm allll the nerves!
3: Do your first dances right after grand entrance to reception & before sitting down for dinner.
-Getting these formal moments “out of the way” lets you enjoy the reception fun and get the party started!
4: Schedule a fake exit.
-Not only does this allow for the photographer to not have to stay though the whole reception & give more photography hours to the beginning of the day, it allows the majority of your guest to be involved in the exit, but then leave if they wanted to! Oh! Then you can reallllly turn the party up a notch too 😜
5: Ditch the garter/bouquet toss.
-OR save it for after some of the older crowd has left & let it be more fun that formal!
