DEADLINE: Thursday, October 31, 2024

Starting Salary Range: $44,886.40, plus benefits.
After 1 year Range: $49,566.40

Health Insurance including dental/vision, IMRF Pension Plan, paid vacation, paid sick time.

Nature of work: The jail staff is responsible for the care and custody of pre-trial detainees and convicted individuals sentenced to the Fulton County Jail.

REQUIREMENTS: must be a United States Citizen, 21 years of age or older, no felony convictions, pass a background check/drug test, possess a high school diploma or equivalency certificate, valid driver's license.

The Taste in Canton is happening this Sunday, September 29th from noon to 3 pm in downtown Canton. Come and join us!

We are very excited to have 16 vendors this year!

We will be highlighting each of our food vendors everyday this week to give you a glimpse of all the mouth watering food and drinks you can look forward to during the Taste.

Here are todays highlighted Food Vendors coming to the Taste:

Walnut Tree Baking Co. - Owner Greg Utsinger from Canton
Some of the bakery items they will be offering will be Homemade Strawberry Pop Tarts, Mom's Devil's Food Cake, Apple Maple Blondies and assorted Cookies. Yummy in my Tummy! 😋

J&S Catering - Owner Jeff Hauk from Canton
Some of the food items they will be serving are Toasted Ravioli, Mostaccioli, Italian Beef Slider and Haystack Onion Rings. What a variety! Jeff has been coming to the Taste for many years and we are glad he will be with us this year! 😍

Monari's Chili Dogs & More - Owner Lorry & Paula Monari from Farmington
Some of the food items they will be serving are Pulled Pork Fritos, Chili Dog (a Monair's chili dog!) and Soft Pretzels. You won't miss them since they have a huge food truck with a hot dot on top! 😃

Eats on the Street - Owner Jason Elwell & Manager Laryssa Hamm from Canton
Some of the food items they will be serving this year are Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla, Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla, Pulled Pork Mac N Cheese and of course the favorite Lemon Shake up! 😁

I do not understand why anyone thinks it is okay or funny to mess with someone else's property. So, for the 2nd time, my property has been vandalized. It could be so much worse, but come on!! It is hard enough to run a small business and then you have this!?
