Our Story
Festival Days 2018 Saturday, June 2 pre-festival concert: 3pm to 11pm Sunday, June 3 @ 11am -9pm
We invite you to our 2018 Boston Irish Festival. We will kick off festivities on Saturday, June 2nd with non stop music & dance in our marquee tent with; An open Irish music session / an Irish dance show with live musicians choreographed by Jackie O’Reily/ The Founding from Michigan and BACKWEST from Galway
Sunday will be a full on day of activities for all the family. Music on two stages with GAELIC STORM taking the stage on Sunday evening. We will have all genre's of Irish music - meet Ireland's top Blue Grass & Folk Group JigJam. Galway City's super trad group, "BackWest" will join us on both days. Local Irish dancers, and local musicans will keep the place jiggin away.
Kids activites will include a petting zoo, facepainting, a visit with fairies TinkerBell & Zania in our enchanted forest, touch-a-truck, an Irish singalong with Michael Maloney in the kids tent, Irish dance workshop, arts & crafts, the Viking Ship ride for older kids and the firetruck carousel for the younger ones... and lots more.
