Rentals:
*PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND SHARE WITH REPRESENTATIVES ACTING ON YOUR BEHALF
To ensure all of our customers are accommodated. Moving forward
Upon delivery/pickup you or a
representative acting on your behalf will need to be present to verify rentals alone with one of our Staff Members. We will provide a checklist to you or representative of each rental item.
1. All rental pick-ups on Friday between
the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. If
you require a different time for pick-up,
please inform us as we try our best to
accommodate.
2. Returns are on Mondays between the
hours of 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. If
you require additional time to return
please inform us as we try our best to
accommodate
4. Rentals are per day. If rentals are
needed for more than one day, or more
than 1 event an additional rental fee is
required.
5. The full payment is due 14 days prior to
your event.
6. If any items are removed from the
invoice, the entire order will be voided. **All payments made will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
