Well, my page Kitchenbull LLC was looked and liked by dozens and dozens of people in the last month(I'm on several food pages) , but it don't shows up. That's okay, because FB sucks. They asking for money. Not one dime from me. Never mind, Food is my passion and to be a honest chef. So let us start. What is the first thing to be learned to be a cook in Germany( I challenge the so called chef in the US)? How you clean a kitchen( BTW in Germany it's forbidden by law to use Chlorine(cancer) and any kind of sanitizers). The Idea behind, use soap. Its doing the job. But most import end, a clean kitchen means, you respect your customers and their health! In my career and I served probably more a as a million meals to customers and family, friends, and never one got sick, because of my food. That had to be said. Next post, we are cooking! Sorry i don't care about TikTok or to be a blogger. I'm old fashion.

For a longer time I did not post anything about my professional live as a chef, dishes, etc, the move to Texas at the time of this COVID bull. Lot things happens. I'm still a food advocate, all made from scratch, natural source, if possible organic. I worked for high end restaurants here in TX, also for a facility on the Government food program(Worst experiences of my live about food). I had the pleasure to work with chefs they worked in France with Paul Bocuse.
So, give me a little time to show you, how to cook, never listening to TV coast chefs. Love You all!
