The ceremony is where the celebration should begin. No matter what is going on in my life,when I show up on your day, all you will ever get from me is love, positivity. Those two things are my uniform on wedding day. But you not only see it, you feel it. And so will your guests.

As soon as I open my mouth as the wedding party is lining up for processional, your guests feel the warmth, the love, and the authentic joy in my work.

And by the end of the 25-30 minutes, they're over the moon at how beautiful your ceremony turned out,and taking that energy with them into the rest of your evening.

No matter the venue, if we're outdoors for the ceremony, from March through October we're gonna sweat.

Ladies, make sure your makeup can hold up to the sweat

Gentlemen, having a shirt to change into after the ceremony will make you feel like a new man.

Couples, please think about your guests' comfort if they're sitting out in the sun and heat. Especially if they are not accustom to Florida heat, specifically. It hits different!!!! Trust me.

Be sure to, provide shade where possible, even if that's parasols instead of a tent or shaded area.

Provide lots of cold beverages at the ceremony.

And be on time to your ceremony. Time moves very slowly for guests sitting in the heat.
Don't make your guests resent you because they have sweat dripping in publicly unwipeable places, and your ceremony is running 15 minutes behind.

For the earlier inquiry...pardon me, I was officiating a wedding, and forgot I had a recording device on my face until we started the second element.

The tasting of the four elements has roots in the African culture and symbolizes the different emotions and experiences a couple can encounter in their marriage.

1. Sour - Lifes challenges
2. Bitter - Denial, rejection, jealousy
3. Heat - Anger, passion
4. Sweet - Just that! Sweetness and love

The symbolism behind this tradition is the acknowledgement by both that they are aware that these things and feelings may come up, ad that they vow to always deal with them together.

I love that for you!

But you should know, you’re now asking your paid vendors to do more than the job you are paying them for.

Your Planner, Photographer, and DJ will have to guide this person on the logistics and intricacies of the ceremony.

And are you sending your family/friend on their way, trusting that they will do the research to understand the legalities of your ceremony?

Are you depending on them to put together a ceremony that you will remember for good reasons, or will you take that on?

The first time I officiated a wedding, it was my sister’s. So I understand why you would want a family/friend to marry you.

But, take some stress off of everyone involved, and...

So, I had my first wedding at the Secret Gardens Miami, and what a beautiful venue.

Engaged couples, if you're getting married here, the swans told me to tell you that out of all the ceremonies they've seen, nobody does it like LhegendaryWeddings. 😉

There are multiple picturesque locations throughout the premises, but as an Officiant, this ceremony space was the highlight for me.

I mean, who has swans just chilling, living their best life amongst waterfalls as a backdrop for the ceremony?

Talk about ambiance 😍😍😍
