Ivy Jean’s is a Private Peaceful Farmstead Experience in the Country, on the Quiet Side of Branson MO. We offer Big Sky Weddings, Memorable Vacation Stays & Meaningful Smaller Retreats. Ivy Jean's is a beautiful small family farm that is privately owned by husband and wife, Tim and Cyndi who also live on the 10 acre property. Tim and Cyndi are longtime locals of the area and very knowledgeable an

d hospitable. Ivy Jean’s is located in the Southwest Missouri Ozarks on the quiet side of Table Rock Lake in Cape Fair MO. Close enough (24 minutes) to Branson attractions yet far enough away to be out in the real peaceful countryside! Our beautiful clean facilities include a large BnB style 4 suite, 3,900 square foot Farmhouse with a huge gathering room & farm kitchen and 7 bathrooms. Outside there are relaxing rocking chair porches, gardens, ponds, covered pavilions, farm animals and more. We have big skies above you and beautiful mountains around you. You’ll wake up to roosters crowing not sirens screaming! We are NOT in a subdivision, or a resort complex or a housing development! We’re a half mile from the lake and smack dab in the middle of Beautiful! We host gatherings for groups of all kinds. Wedding weekends, Family Vacation Stays and private retreats and gatherings. Our beautifully decorated gathering center, lodge and farm kitchen, "The Dancing Fork" is the hub for all activities. We also have 2 large covered Pavilions adjacent to The Dancing Fork. One is our very large open air covered pavilion for Big Sky Weddings, the view is spectacular, the stage is stunning! The other is the Supper Pavilion, large enough for a catered sit down reception dinner, complete with fire pits, water features, outside game area and an outside kitchen. You are going to love it here! Ivy Jean’s is the place where memories begin!

Another beautiful day for a sweet simple 1 hour wedding at the Whippoorwill Ridge Log Chapel in the woods on the Farmstead. Congratulations to Paige and Phillip Uhrig… and their parents too! 🥰

We had the honor of hosting another beautiful wedding last weekend here at Ivy Jean’s. Even though the thermometer said 98 degrees, everyone was shaded & comfortable under the big tall roofs covering the gorgeous venue. The cool lake breeze drifted up out of the mountain hollow and filled the evening with Wow & Wonderfulness ❤️

After the main ceremony in front of approximately 110 happy guests, the newlyweds requested a private time to sign their marriage documents down the hill at the 1884 Whippoorwill Ridge Log Chapel on the farm; Our little Log God House in the Woods.
