- Miso Sablefish with local vegetable jardiniere
- mushroom toast with fontina
- shaved asparagus sorel, radish, toasted hazelnut, champagne Dijon vinaigrette
- braised local short ribs with Cabernet Demi over local barley with spinach and mushroom

We are re-capping some of our favorite events from 2022 and Farm Fest is high on the list. Such a great event highlighting some of our valleys hardest working farmers + growers & their beautiful bounty. We loved hosting the harvest lunch and cooking alongside a few of our fellow chef friends, who created the most beautiful and delicious dishes. Thanks to for providing the perfect venue + backdrop

Farm Fest is a wrap!! 🥕 🐄
It was a beautiful day leading the culinary creations and working alongside some of our favorite chefs. So much effort + thought and planning went into executing these dishes. Thank you to our participating ranchers and farmers for allowing us to cook with their beautiful bounty.

SAVE THE DATE: a new event, Farm Fest, is coming to Carbondale this fall, October 14-16, 2022!

Farm Fest is a celebration of the changing of the seasons, bringing a spotlight to Carbondale’s agricultural heritage through local food and flavors, and farm visitor experiences.

Field 2 Fork will be hosting a harvest lunch on Saturday 10/15 highlighting our local bounty, it’s growers and farmers.

Funds raised from the event ticket sales will be used to launch a new tourism grant program for local businesses.
