Today, this girl is trading in her soccer cleats for a cap and gown. In August, she’ll be back on the pitch, chasing her dreams and playing soccer for John Wood College. So very proud of you Mia!!! You’ve worked so hard to achieve all of your goals! Congratulations on your high school graduation and best wishes today and always!!!

{Mia | CHS Senior 2024}

This girl has a special place in my heart and we're sure gonna miss her when she heads off to college this fall. While she may be rough and tough on the soccer field, she's been a huge role model for my girls and she is the true definition of beauty, both inside and out. I am so excited to see where life takes this sweet and sassy young lady! Mia you are amazing! Turn your tassel and chase your dreams - the world is waiting! ❤

Double bubble, triple fun!

These three girls have a friendship that is undeniably strong! In fact, I’m pretty sure their bond is stronger than bubble gum getting stuck in your hair! 😆 And since two of them are getting ready to head off to college in a few shorts months, we got to spend the day together capturing some fun memories!

I can’t wait to see where life takes each of them, but rest assured, no matter how much distance separates them, they’ll always be friends!

I've been dying to share this album because the fall colors were perfect! Add to that a beautiful family and 'voila, it was a photographer's dream session. This year they even brought along their doodle Murphy to join in on some ever-so-adorable pics and boy did she know how to pose! lol

{Caroline | SHS Senior 2022}

My senior clients are some of the best, and Caroline was no exception! A true beauty inside and out, she made this session one of my favorites of 2021! From brick streets to painted murals, industrial buildings to train stations, we explored the streets of Alton, IL to find some amazing backdrops for her session. And her sweet mom Julie Bunge Goldasich offered to carry my camera bag the whole way, which is no easy task -- and what I mean by that is, its a workout! I'm so grateful they had the patience to wait for the image reveal as editing over the holidays always puts me a little behind schedule, but I'm so incredibly excited to share her images today! {The Fosters | Fall 2021}

I always love my time with the Foster family. Heather and I have been friends for years and I just love watching the kiddos grow up behind my lens. Each fall, we wait for pretty leaves and warm weather, and this year we had the perfect weekend! BUT don't let these photos fool you . . . I had my work cut out for me. Sweet Savannah was a breeze to pose and shoot, but Hudson made me beg and bribe to get his pics. It was worth it in the end though . . . just check out these pics! 😍

JUST MARRIED | Leah & Jake | 10.16.21

I don't shoot weddings very often, but when I do, the small, intimate celebrations are always the best! Leah & Jake's special day was no exception. The days leading up to the ceremony were filled with rain and clouds, but the day of their ceremony was filled with sunshine, smiles and laughter. After saying their "I do's" in Jake's hometown, historic courtroom filled with their family and friends, they walked to their backyard reception where a wonderful selection of hors d'oeuvres, cakes, cookies and apple cider were shared. I have so many images to go through, but I had to stop and share a few of my favorites for you to see.

Leah & Jake - thank you for allowing me to be part of your special day. I hope every time you see these images you are reminded of the day that was the beginning of your always. ❤️

{The Whites | Fall 2021}

It's not everyday you meet a family like this. I've been friends with Brianna White for years, coached both of their kiddos in soccer and literally always look forward to John White's funny facebook posts to make me laugh. When I say that there isn't a sweeter family around, I really mean it! And taking their family photos was an absolute breeze . . . besides the one where I made Hadley and Joel hold hands (lol!). But in all honesty, I'm pretty sure they are going to have a hard time picking their favorites, because I had SO MANY. Here are just a few . . .

{Ella | I’m new here}

I’ve been off the grid for a while thanks to the pandemic, but it was so fun to get back behind the shutter for a snuggly newborn session with this precious little girl! Baby fever is a real thing friends and I’m so glad she lives close by so that I can get my fill of baby snuggles whenever I want! 🎀
