Please keep our former Little Miss Nicholas County Fair, Kinslee Farmer, her mom Sasha Farmer, and all of the family of Bobbie Helmandollar in your thoughts and prayers!

We at the Nicholas County Fair would like to send our thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences to our former Little Miss Nicholas County Fair- Kinslee Farmer, her Mom Sasha Farmer, and the rest of the family as today they have suffered a great loss. This afternoon, Kinslee’s Grandmother, Bobbie Helmandollar lost her earthly battle with cancer. Bobbie was a wonder person, a loving mom, Nana, wife, and friend. She was always so supportive of all things Nicholas County, and she will definitely be missed! 🫶🏼

This is an exciting week for our 2024 Miss Nicholas County Fair- Madison Day! She will be heading to Columbus, Georgia to compete at the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts for the title of America’s Ideal Miss Jr Teen! Currently, Madison is holding the Kentucky title of Ideal Miss Bluegrass State Jr Teen (age group 13-15). Please join us in wishing Madison the best of luck this week, Nicholas County!!! Good Luck, Madison!!!

YIPPEE YEHAW!! ATV Rodeo this coming Thursday at the Nicholas County Fairgrounds!!! Lots of fun and laughter to be had and a class for EVERYONE!!! A great night to bring out the family for some fun!!! Bring your ATV, borrow your neighbors this is a night a fun you wont want to miss!!!

We would like to thank everyone for coming out to the truck and tractor pull last night. From the first responders and spectators down to the volunteers. Thanks to all who donated to the Phillip Scott Irvin Street Diesel class!! We couldn’t have these events without all of you. We look forward to seeing everyone this week during the atv rodeo, tug tractor pull, and the demo derby.

Special thanks to all the Fairboard members for working so hard to make this event happen!!

Don’t miss the deadline this Friday at midnight!

💙Remember- All entries must be received no later than midnight THIS FRIDAY JUNE 7th!!!! NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THAT TIME!!! If you win a county fair title on Saturday and have entered for Nicholas County, we will refund you on that basis! No other exceptions will be made for refunds! You must submit registration online AND have your entry fee submitted via PayPal (using the friends and family option only) to [email protected] for your entry to be complete!
💙 Starting Wednesday, June 5th, I will post the number of entries in Pr***en, Teen, & Miss daily. Ms/Mrs- we will begin posting numbers for your division once we get closer to June 22nd.

This is going to be an exciting year for everyone. We have added new rules and new classes to our shows for this season!

We would love for y'all to come out and support our first show as we kick off this season with a BANG!

The Nicholas County Fair would like to congratulate our current President, Dalton Fryman, and wife Kenleigh on the birth of their son, Kolton Ray 💙
Kolton made his arrival at 8:01 pm on Tuesday, February 13th coming in at 7 pounds 7 ounces and 18.25in!!
