We have 2 upcoming events at the Capital City Mall in October (4th-6th and 25th-27th). I still have room for 10 more vendors each weekend.
I am closing down my normal registration for both events so I can offer it at a discounted rate to vendors devastated by the overnight weather at the Enchanted Fairy Festival York, PA last night.
I can’t help everyone, but if any local vendors that were affected at this event want to come up either weekend I will give you a spot at half price ($87.50) for one weekend. I know it’s not much, but I’d like to help where I can!
It’s an indoor event. Vendors get two 8ft tables set up in various locations throughout the mall hallways. Tables, table-clothes, and chairs are provided. It only works for vendors that can do a smaller indoor setup. I know it’s not a 10 x 10 space, but it’s a busy mall. We do two events here each month, and have 10-15 vendors at each event.
Message me with questions. Some limitations apply so fill out an application on the website if you are interested and I’ll reply and send a discounted invoice if approved. Discount is only open to vendors that were affected at the fairy festival this weekend, so I will be confirming from the vendor list. Only one weekend per vendor so that we can try to get 20 of you in here.
I wish I could do more, but all of our November and December events are booked full at this point.
Our hearts truly go out to everyone affected by this unfortunate circumstance.
